Join us Saturday, December 19 at the Doyle Convention Center for an elegant evening of live entertainment, laughter, celebration, and unforgettable family moments. Enjoy a catered dinner, performances by Gregory “Saxman” Daniels, comedy by Lil Darrel, music by DJ Primetime, games, prizes, and more as generations come together under the glow of Christmas.
Semi-formal and formal attire is encouraged for this special night of elegance, fellowship, and lasting memories.

Friday’s Family Gathering sets the tone for the weekend with an evening centered around food, fellowship, storytelling, and reconnecting with loved ones across generations.
Kick Off Reunion Weekend Together
As family members begin arriving from near and far, we invite everyone to meet us at Aunt Nan’s House to officially kick off Reunion Weekend together. Friday evening will provide a relaxed and welcoming space for family to catch up, share stories, laugh together, and simply enjoy being in one another’s presence before the weekend celebrations continue.
Create Lasting Memories
Whether sitting around the table, enjoying home-cooked favorites, or reconnecting with relatives you may not have seen in years, the evening is designed to create meaningful moments and memories that will last long after the reunion weekend comes to a close.

Reservations
How to Reserve Your Spot
Step 1
Complete the Reunion Registration Form to register for the weekend events and activities.
Step 2
Submit payment for Saturday’s signature event, The Swan Ball, to Loretta by October 1, 2026.
Additional Step for Family Representatives Only
If you are the designated representative for your family branch or generation group, complete the Family T-Shirt Color Reservation section of the reservation form to reserve your family’s official reunion color.
Please Note:
Only one representative from each of the 20 family generations or branches should reserve a T-shirt color. Once a color has been selected, it will no longer be available for other families. Once a matriarch or patriarch has been chosen, the name and T-shirt color will no longer be available. This allows each family branch to be uniquely represented during Sunday’s reunion gathering.
Example:
Kenneth Anderson would reserve a shirt color on behalf of the Anderson family branch through his mother, Octavia Anderson, the Swan family’s oldest daughter.
